The staff made me feel right at home and the service was exceptional. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lift and ski rental, which offered a discount. the room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the mountains. the breakfast and dinner included in the package were delicious and catered to my dietary needs. a great experience!
One small downside was that the paintwork on the furniture in the room was easily scratched and required constant care.

The hotel provided great service for skiers, including free ski bus and lockers for storing equipment. the design of the hotel was perfect, and we really enjoyed the old photographs hanging on the wall in the lobby, which made us reflect on the fast passage of time.
The paintwork on the furniture in the hotel room was weak and easy to scratch, so we had to be careful all the time.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff made us feel like part of the family. They were professional, experienced, and provided excellent service. The restaurant waiter went above and beyond our expectations, speaking multiple languages and attending to our every need. The cleaning service was quick and effective. The location of the hotel was perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the Piz Sorega Lift and nearby ski rental and depot. We even received a discount from the hotel. a fantastic experience and highly recommended.
It was all superb.
